Welcome to LSA TRAINING, we wish to make your time with us as smooth and trouble free as we can. As such we have compiled a list of Frequently Asked Questions that may clear up some queries you may have.

Ans. Dedicated training room or suitable meeting/conference room with a projector.
Whiteboard with suitable pens (range of colours) and whiteboard eraser/cleaner.
Sufficient seating for delegates to be able to work comfortably at their PCs with a good view of the tutor and demonstrations.

Ans. Along with the classes themselves, all course materials on digital format will be provided. Course Hand-outs and Open source Soft wares will be installed on your laptops to practice at home. All the participants must bring their own Laptop for the course to configure them to connect to our Wi-Fi to practice the course work with in the class and after the class.

Ans. Flexibility is at the heart of our training curriculum, all the applications are open source, so we will install all the required software applications in to your laptop, please carry a laptop for the training.

Ans. We provide classroom based training’s only on all our IT Courses,
Corporates: Please contact us to design the course to suit the requirements of their project/candidates.

Ans. At the end of your course you will be able to take an exam to complete your qualification. We can help you to book your exam date and fill in all the paperwork necessary. The certification you will receive after you pass your exam is with the relevant exam body i.e. Software testing, GCP, Salesforce etc., they will provide you with a Certification ID Card that will identify you as a Certified Candidate.

Ans. Over the past 6 months our students have had an average pass mark of 89% for the exams. With help from our fantastic teaching staff and our hands on training we will help you achieve the highest results possible.

Ans. Firstly please email or call us to confirm you are interested in starting one of our batches, we can send you a schedule and help you organise the next few steps. When you come in to register there will be some forms to fill out but don’t worry, they won’t take too long. We can then set your laptop up with all the programs and get you set up to start your study. When you come in for your first class we will provide you with the manuals and hand-outs you will need.

We are located next to the Sports Direct with in St Ann’s Road and St Ann’s Shopping mall.. The nearest tube/Train station will be Harrow On the Hills, Metro Politan and Jubilee Lines, we are just 5 minutes walking distance from Station. There are plenty of parking spaces with in St Ann’s Car park, also please note that the main entrance is locked on weekends, call LSA Training through the buzzer located right next to the main entrance door(Press 4 or 5) and we will buzz you in.

Ans. Our average class size consists of 25 delegates. Because we offer smaller classes with more access to the instructor, classes fill up fast, so we recommend early enrollment.
